There is a $125 registration fee for each child enrolling. The fee for families with more than one child is $125 for the first child and $50 for each additional child. The registration fee must be paid in order for a child to be enrolled for the 2022-2023 school year. This fee is non-refundable.
A materials fee is due by August 1. The fee is $175.00 for 4K students and includes all Field Trips and a T-Shirt. For Mother Morning Out, 2K, and 3K students the fee is $110.
A current SC DHEC Certificate of Immunization (Form 2740) is required by the first day of school. Religious Exemptions are not accepted. Failure to comply will result in withdrawal.
September’s tuition must be paid by July 1st and is non-refundable unless a student moves out of the Tri-County area. Subsequent monthly tuition is due and payable in advance by the 1st of each preceding month beginning September 1st. Tuition is due and payable until the Director is given written notice of withdrawal. Two weeks’ written notice is required for any portion of the paid tuition to be refunded.
A late fee of $20.00 will be charged for payments not received by the 10th of the month. Special arrangements or considerations must be made with the Director by the 20th of the month in order to begin a new month with an outstanding balance. A student may be suspended or dismissed from the school when accounts are 30 days past due.
Yearly tuition is divided into 9 payments for convenience. Holidays are factored in and not deductible from the monthly tuition charges. Absences are not deductible from tuition payments.
Pay with check, cash, or online through the electronic invoice emailed to families each month. Checks should be made payable to The Weekday School at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian.
